JOIN US ON SATURDAY, MAY 23RD, FOR A FARM 5K RUN/WALK AS PART OF THE 2026 WARDENSVILLE SPRING FEST A TOWN-WIDE CELEBRATION FILLED WITH LOCAL FLAVOR, CREATIVITY, AND FUN FOR ALL AGES.
The 5K takes place on a scenic, approachable off-road course beside the Cacapon River, winding alongside Lewis Farm, where our organic vegetables are grown and livestock graze nearby. Whether youre running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, its a great way to kick off a full day in Wardensville, WV.
ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE FARM 5K SUPPORT LOCAL YOUTH ENROLLED IN THE JUNIOR CREW PROGRAM AT FARMS WORK WONDERS.
Our mission is to ignite the spark of curiosity in Appalachian youth so they see themselves and their futures in new and exciting ways. We do this through real work in our businesses, where young people our Junior Crew are challenged and supported to learn the work, build confidence, and find their way forward, no matter the path they choose.
