FCA Splash, Mash, & Dash Triathlon & Duathlon

Welcome to the 7th Annual FCA Splash, Mash Dash Triathlon Duathlon.  The Okefenokee Fellowship of Christian Athletes has stepped up and made this a MUST DO triathlon this year.  This event takes place among the tall pines of Laura Walker State Park. Exit the lake swim into transition, then onto a flat and fast, out and back bike course. The run is well shaded and equally as fast and flat with an aid station at the turnaround.  Plenty of food, fun, and music at the post-race party!
