Event summary
Participants will embark on a scenic 5K course that begins at the front of the elementary school, winds through the picturesque Franklin Township Walking Trail, and returns to the starting point. The paved path is perfect for runners, walkers, and even families with strollers, making it an inclusive event for everyone. With digital bib chip timing in place, each participant will receive an official finish time to commemorate their achievement. Join us for a fun-filled weekend of fitness, community spirit, and celebration at the Felicity Gourd & Harvest Festival!
Organiser's Description
The course starts at the front of the elementary school, travels long the back side of town, loops through the Franklin Township Walking Trail 2 times, down a deadend road and concludes back toward the front of the elementary school where it began. The course has a slight gradual incline with a few small hills at the park. The course is all paved which is ideal for running, walking and even pushing a stroller.
Our 5K will use digital bib chip timing, so every participant will receive an official, accurate finish time. Simply wear your race bib, cross the start and finish lines, and your time will be automatically recorded!
