Please note that while we love dogs and understand they are part of the family, our 5k race has a strict no-dog policy to ensure the safety of all runners and walkers. However, well-behaved leashed dogs are welcome to cheer from the sidelines! Join us for a memorable day filled with community spirit and camaraderie, as we run together to finish the dam!

NO DOG POLICY FOR OUR 5K RACES
We love dogs and understand they are part of the family, but unfortunately, we cannot permit them to participate in our 5K races. This policy is in place because our event insurance does not cover the participation of dogs, and we must prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants, both human and canine.
KEY POINTS OF THE POLICY:
* NO DOGS ALLOWED ON THE COURSE: For safety and liability reasons, dogs are not permitted to accompany runners or walkers during the race.
* SPECTATOR PETS: Well-behaved and leashed dogs are welcome to spectate along the sidelines, provided they remain under control and do not enter the race course.
* SERVICE ANIMALS: Registered service animals are, of course, an exception to this rule, as they are covered under legal protections.
* ALTERNATIVE PARTICIPATION OPTIONS: If youre looking for a dog-friendly race experience, please let us know, and we can share recommendations for other events in the area that welcome canine companions.
