HOPE's 14th Annual Sham Rock N' Run 5k Saturday, March 8, 2025Race Start Time: 8:00AM, Registration opens at 7:00amLocation: St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Oviedo, FL
The first 700 to register will receive a Performance T-shirt, Finisher’s Medal, and a custom race bib.
T-shirt sizes, are Adult sizes only and will not be guaranteed after January 26th, 2025
All participants are encouraged to dress up in their St. Patty's Day best! Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes. There will also be a special prize for the largest team. All attendees will receive a race bag filled with your event t-shirt along with 5K swag. We are asking our participants to fill and return the race bag with non perishable food items to support our Food Pantry for families in need. Drop off your filled food bags on race day to the Stonebreaker Homes & Land RE/MAX Town & Country table.
Children pushed in strollers are welcome to attend for free. All strollers and baby joggers must start at the back of the pack.
Parking is available on site at no charge.
For safety reasons, no skates, skateboards, bikes, or non-service animals will be allowed on the racecourse.
Awards/Giveaways Awards will be given to the top 3 male/female runners in the following age categories:9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
All proceeds from the Sham Rock N Run benefit HOPE Helps, Inc., whose mission is to prevent and reduce homelessness in Central Florida. Learn more about HOPE at www.hopehelps.org.
