Join us for the Fit 5 Sundays, a vibrant and engaging running program designed for children ages 4 to 10, taking place from April 12 to May 31, 2026, at Gainesville Middle School in Prince William. This exciting six-week series offers young runners the opportunity to develop their skills under the guidance of certified educators and USATF-level track coaches. Each Sunday from 11 AM to noon, participants will gather at the track to enjoy fun-filled sessions that promote fitness, teamwork, and a love for running.
Mark your calendars for the scheduled meeting dates: April 12, 19, and 26, as well as May 17, 24, and 31, with no sessions on May 3 and 10 in observance of Mother's Day. While we strive to accommodate weather-related cancellations with makeup sessions, please note that these are not guaranteed. Welcome to the SUNDAY SPRING 2026 season (6 meeting days only)
We are excited to welcome you to the Fit 5 Family! Fit 5 Runners is a program founded and run by certified educators who are also USATF-level track coaches. This is a professionally run program and not volunteer-based.
Sessions will take place on SUNDAYS from 11AMNOON at the track at Gainesville Middle School.
SCHEDULED MEETING DATES:

May 17, 24, 31
NO SESSIONS: MAY 3 OR 10TH (HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!)
In the event of rain or severe weather, we will make every effort to offer a makeup session when possible; however, makeup days are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations.
This program is open to children AGES 410. At this time, we are unable to accept children under the age of 4. If a child under age 4 is registered, registration fees will be refunded minus applicable sign-up costs (you will FIT 5 cost and your own).
