Join us for the Corewell Health Flat River Belding Labor Day 5k & 1 Mile Fitness Walk on Saturday, August 30, 2025, in the charming town of Belding, Ionia. This exciting event kicks off with the 5k run/walk starting at Belding High School, located at 850 Hall Street. Registration opens bright and early at 8:00 am, with packet pickup available until 8:45 am. Participants can enjoy a beautiful course, and the pricing is very reasonable, with the 5k entry fee at $30 until August 17, rising to $35 until August 29, and $40 on race day. For those looking for a shorter distance, the 1 mile walk/run is just $15.
All 5k participants will receive a T-shirt with preregistration, and additional shirts will be available for purchase at the event while supplies last. Exciting awards await top finishers, including medals for overall male and female winners, as well as age group prizes for participants across various categories. PRICING for the 5k is $30 until 8/17, then $35 until 8/29. Race day registration is $40. The 1 mile walk/run is $15.

Age group medals 3 deep: 14 and under; 15-19; 20-29, 30-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and older
