Get ready to kick off your spring with the Fleet Feet ROC Spring Training 2025, commencing on Thursday, February 6th, and running through Thursday, April 24th, in the vibrant city of Rochester, Monroe. This exciting training program welcomes everyone, from beginners to seasoned runners, providing the perfect opportunity to get back into fitness while making new friends and reconnecting with old ones. With a variety of training options available, participants can choose from the WalkCrew 5K for those focused on walking, to the No Boundaries programs for both beginners and those looking to enhance their running skills.

For those ready to tackle longer distances, the "Just Finish" and "Just Faster" Half Marathon training programs will prepare you to complete a 13.1 mile race at your own pace. The training culminates in a goal event at the Flower City Half Marathon or 5K on Sunday, April 27th, at Parcel 5 in Rochester, NY. Whether you join in-person or virtually, this is your chance to embrace a supportive community and achieve your fitness goals. JOIN OUR SOCIAL TRAINING GROUPS WITH EXPERIENCED COACHES & MENTORS WHO WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH EVERY STEP ALONG THE WAY WITH THE SUPPORT AND CAMARADERIE OF FLEET FEET! IT DOESN'T MATTER WHERE YOU ARE IN YOUR FITNESS, JUST GET BACK TO IT AND MAKE NEW FRIENDS, REACQUAINT WITH OLD FRIENDS AND DO SOMETHING FOR YOURSELF.

WE ARE HOSTING A FREE INFO SESSION ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 4TH AT 6:45PM AT FLEET FEET @ THE ARMORY (155 CULVER RD). ALL WELCOME!

CHOOSE FROM THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS:

* WALKCREW 5K - Perfect for those who just want to walk up to a 5K (3.1 miles) distance
* NO BOUNDARIES LEARN TO RUN 5K FOR RUNNERS AND WALKERS (NOBO) - Perfect for those who want to run, or are getting back to running. This is a tried n true run/walk (Ralk) strategy type of training
* NO BOUNDARIES 2.0 (NOBO 2.0) - This is perfect for those who already can run 2-3 miles without stopping but want to go longer, perhaps towards a 6-8 mile distance. Perfect for those who run 15 minute/mile or faster.
* "JUST FINISH" HALF MARATHON TRAINING (HFM) - This is for those who want to simply complete a 13.1 mile distance (Half Marathon). Must be able to run/walk 4 miles straight at 15 minute/mile or faster and able able to run 15 miles/week minimum.
* "JUST FASTER" HALF MARATHON TRAINING (HFM) - This is for those who want to complete a faster 13.1 mile distance (Half Marathon) then they have before. Must be able to run/walk 5 miles straight at 15 minute/mile or faster and able able to run 15 miles/week minimum.

_*These programs will be available virtually too_

There is a program for everyone! All training plans are flexible and designed specifically for runners or walkers. The No Boundaries 2.0 plus Just Finish & Just Faster Half Marathon Programs are best for those 15 minute/mile or faster speeds.

PROGRAM START / END DATE: Thursday, February 6th to Thursday, April 24th.

GOAL EVENT: The Flower City Half Marathon or 5K on Sunday, April 27th at Parcel 5 in Rochester, NY. (or an event of your choice around that time frame)

This program starts out walking and slowly builds into running, preparing you for a 5K (3.1 mile) race. (no running experience necessary and ability to walk 30 minutes before starting this program)
  • No Boundaries 2pt0 Training

    No Boundaries 2pt0 - The No Boundaries 2pt0 program is perfect for those who recently ran their first 5K and want to improve, but are not yet ready for longer distances. This program works to improve speed, endurance and performance at the 5K level. (Must be able to run 2-3 miles before starting 2pt0 Training and ideally 15 minute mile or faster)
