Join us for the 10th Annual FVLD Fun Run & Walk on October 11, 2025, in the vibrant city of Washington, District of Columbia! This exciting event invites participants to stretch their legs and support vital initiatives for the Foundation for Venous & Lymphatic Disease. Whether you choose to join us in-person at the Washington Hilton or participate virtually from your own neighborhood, this is a fantastic opportunity to promote awareness of venous and lymphatic disease while enjoying a fun and healthy activity.
The event will kick off at 6:30 AM, where attendees can gather for a morning stroll to some of D.C.'s historic landmarks. Participants will also be treated to a complimentary coffee and pastry at Blue Bottle Coffee in Georgetown, thanks to our generous sponsors. For those unable to attend in person, the virtual option allows you to run or walk at your convenience anytime between October 8 and December 31, 2025. Registration is just $50, and we encourage everyone to invite friends and family to join in the fun. Together, let's make a difference while getting active and raising funds to support the foundation's important mission!
