INTERNATIONAL TRIATHLON: .5 mile swim, 20 mile bike, 6.2 mile run
DUATHLON: 1 mile run, 10 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
INTERNATIONAL DUATHLON: 1 mile run, 20 mile bike, 6.2 mile run
INTERNATIONAL AQUABIKE: .5 mile swim, 20 mile bike
