TIME: 6:30 pm FIRST HEAT: SIGN IN STARTING AT 5:30 pm. Refreshments provided.
TENTATIVELY 6 HEATS PLANNED:
HEATS: Heat 1: sub 5:00 Heat 2: 5:00 - 5:44.9, Heat 3: 5:45 - 6:39.9, Heat 4: 6:40 - 7:59.9, Heat 5: 8:00- 9:59.9, Heat 6: 10:00+
HEATS WILL BE ADDED OR DELETED DEPENDING UPON THE NUMBER OF RUNNERS PRESENT. Come ready to Run.
BONUS/INCENTIVE MONEY RULES:
PRIZE MONEY OVERALL M/F: 1ST $40, 2ND $30, 3RD $20. MASTER'S 40+ M/F: $15, GRAND MASTER'S 50+ M/F: $15
* Runner breaking record must win overall/age to be awarded record money.
* $10 performance money for bettering last listed time in division even if other runners displace this runner.
