Participants can enjoy a scenic out-and-back course along the beautiful Clinton River Trail, with options for both seasoned athletes and casual joggers.
The event will kick off at 2:30 PM, following an early packet pick-up starting at 1:30 PM at the RARA Building located at 500 East Second St. Runners can look forward to unique handmade finisher awards crafted by local artisans, along with delicious pizza, hot cocoa, and water to refuel after the race. Plus, every finisher will have a chance to win one of the famous white elephant prizes! For the adventurous, there’s even an option to run three races in three days by signing up for both Goodbye26 and the Out with the Old - In with the New 5K. Don't miss this last chance to run in 2026 and make unforgettable memories with fellow runners!

OUR GOAL IS TO OFFER A LOW COST, LOW FRILLS LAST CHANCE TO GATHER AND RUN IN 2026. THE EVENT WILL BE LOCATED AT THE RARA BUILDING LOCATED AT 500 EAST SECOND ST IN DOWNTOWN ROCHESTER. INDOOR SPACE TO WARM UP AND USE THE RESTROOM! GOODBYE 26 COURSE- OUT AND BACK RACE ROUTE ON THE CLINTON RIVER TRAIL (IF SNOWY OR ICY CONDITIONS WE RECOMMEND WEARING YAK TRAKS OR SIMILAR TRACTION ON YOUR SHOES)
