The race starts at 9 AM for the 20-mile and 10-mile participants, with the 5-mile run kicking off at 9:20 AM.

With custom trophies for the top three male and female finishers in each event and unique finisher medals for everyone, this is an event you won't want to miss. Organiser's Description
We will be hosting the 10th Annual GTR on Saturday, January 31, 2026. This run will have a distance for everyone with a 5 mile run, 10 mile run, or 20 mile run.
The run will be at a new location for 2026 We are moving to the Gruber ORV Park. It will consist of a 5+ mile loop. The trail is considered a moderately technical trail.
SHIRT CUT OFF IS 1/1/26. YOU WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED A SHIRT AFTER THIS DATE.
You must have your packet picked up 10 minutes before the start. There will be no late starts. Due to the loop style course we need to stay strictly on time. Please make sure you allow yourself plenty of time to get your packet. If you would like to switch distances you will need to arrange that before your race starts. To keep things fair if you start your distance and want to drop that will result in a DNF. I'm sorry for this rule but we want to make it fair to the people that start each distance.
Due to rising mailing costs we will not mail no show packets.

AWARDS & FINISHERS PRIZES: Top 3 Male and Female in each event will be awarded a custom trophy and all finishers will receive a custom finishers medal.
PACKET PICK UP: There will be packet pick up at the ORV park the day of the race.
CUT OFF TIME: The cut off time for all race distances is 3:00 pm.
ICE/SNOW WEATHER POLICY: The run will happen as scheduled regardless of temperatures, but if there is a snow or ice storm the week of the event that makes the trail difficult to run, we will convert all entries to virtual. If there are things beyond our control and the event needs to be cancelled we will switch all entries to virtual. There will be no refunds.
