Join us for the 24th Annual Halifax Health - Hospice 5K Run and Walk on Saturday, November 1st, 2025, in beautiful Port Orange, Volusia! This exciting event kicks off at 8 AM and is a fantastic opportunity to support the Halifax Health - Hospice Family Caregiver Program, which has been a vital part of our community for 45 years. Whether you're a seasoned runner or a casual walker, come out and enjoy a day filled with camaraderie, purpose, and community spirit.
Don’t forget to register online before the deadline on October 30th at noon! Packet pickup will be available at the Port Orange Hospice Care Center on Friday, October 31st, and again on race day starting at 6:30 AM. Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as the top three in various age categories from 0-9 to 80+. Capture your moments and share them on social media using the hashtag #Hospice5K. Let's make a difference together while enjoying a fun-filled day of fitness and community support!

THIS YEAR'S 24TH ANNUAL HALIFAX HEALTH - HOSPICE 5K IS AT 8 AM ON SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST!
We hope that you will join us in supporting this longstanding tradition that supports the Halifax Health - Hospice Family Caregiver Program. This program plays an integral role in the health of both the patient and their caregivers and is one of the reasons we have continued to serve the community for 45 years.
Online registration for the in-person event and non-runner supporters closes on October 30th at noon!

Packet Pickup will be at the Port Orange Hospice Care Center on Friday, October 31st from 12 pm - 6 pm at 3800 Woodbriar Trl., Port Orange 32129.
Race day packet pickup starts at 6:30 am. You must pick up your bib by 7:50 am if you would like to be timed.
