With a registration fee of only $25, youβll not only be contributing to a noble causeβhelping send 4H members to Rock Springs 4H campβbut youβll also have the chance to win cash prizes for 1st and 2nd place in both races! Donβt forget to register by July 15th to secure a stylish race day shirt. Race bibs and shirts can be picked up on Thursday, August 6th, at the Effingham Park, ensuring youβre all set for the big day. Plus, this yearβs event features new large digital timers to keep track of your race

The race will be held Saturday Morning AUGUST 8TH, 2026
5K RACE START TIME 7:00 AM
FUN RUN STAT TIME 7:05 AM - the Fun Run distance is approximately one mile
Cost to enter the race is $25.00 per person - REGISTER BEFORE JULY 15TH TO GET A RACE DAY SHIRT!
CASH PRIZE FOR 1ST AND 2ND PLACE for both the 5K race and the Fun Run!
Pick up your bib number and race shirt Thursday August 6th in the Effingham Park, across from the livestock barns from 3-5pm. We will have a tent set up with our race banner hung.
The Start and Finish Line are at the corner of William and 4th street in Effingham
