For those who prefer the flexibility of a virtual experience, simply register and run, walk, or bike your 5K at your own pace, anytime and anywhere throughout the month. Whether you're tackling the West Orange Trail or enjoying a scenic hike at Oakland Nature Preserve, every step counts! If you’re looking for a more communal experience, join fellow fitness enthusiasts on September 12 at 8:30 AM at Orange Technical College West Campus for an energizing in-person 5K. All ages and abilities are welcome to participate in this fun-filled event, which kicks off with sign-in at 7:30 AM and warm-ups at 8:15 AM.

GET YOUR STEPS IN AND SMILE ON! Were celebrating 10 YEARS of Healthy Selfie 5K!
Healthy Selfie 5K Your Way has both a virtual and in-person option, so you can crush 3.1 miles in your own way, on your own time, or with a community group!
VIRTUAL 5K OPTION:
Heres how a virtual 5K works: register first, then complete 3.1 miles at your own pace, wherever you like, whenever you like from September 1-30. Bike the West Orange Trail, hike at Oakland Nature Preserve, rollerblade around your neighborhood, it all counts. If you want to break it up into smaller segments, go for it!
No need to track your miles we go by the honor system and are just here to encourage you to get moving. We always love when folks send in their finish line photos when they complete their 5K virtually! You can tag or DM us on social media @healthywestorange, or email us at selfie@healthywestorange.org.

Want to complete your 3.1 miles in-person with an awesome group? Join us on September 12 at 8:30am at Orange Technical College West Campus to walk or run a 5K as a community. All ages and mobility levels are welcome!

In-Person 5K T-shirts and Medals:
This year, 5K T-shirts will be handed out first come, first served at the In-Person 5K on September 12 starting at 7:30am. Specific sizes are not able to be reserved/ guaranteed, as there are limited quantities. Medals will be distributed to participants at the finish line!
Virtual 5K T-shirts:
T-shirt pickup for virtual participants will take place on Thursday, October 1 from 4pm to 7pm at the Healthy West Orange Building at 1200 E Plant St, Winter Garden. It is first come, first served, with limited quantities, and specific sizes are not guaranteed. We are unfortunately unable to guarantee new medals to virtual participants, however assorted medals from years past will be available at pickup.
