Join us for the 13th annual Hero Hustle 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, November 7, 2026, in Maumee, Lucas, Ohio! This exciting event aims to promote awareness and support for organ, eye, and tissue donation in northwest Ohio. Participants can choose between a lively 5K run or walk, and even join virtually! All registrants will receive a cozy fleece sweatshirt (while supplies last), and finishers will be awarded a stunning medal, making this a memorable experience for everyone involved.
In addition to the main event, there will be a special Kids' Run and a K9 Hero Kit for our furry friends, complete with exclusive giveaways! Don't miss the pre-race packet pickup scheduled for November 3 and 4 at Life Connection of Ohio, or pick up your race materials on race day at Dana World Headquarters Campus from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM. Solvita and Life Connection of Ohio are proud to present the 13th annual Hero Hustle 5K Run/Walk! The mission of the Hero Hustle 5K is to strengthen support, education and recognition of organ, eye and tissue donation in northwest Ohio. 5K Run/Walk and Virtual Run registrants will receive a fleece full-zip sweatshirt for adults or a fleece 1/4-zip pullover sweatshirt for youth (while supplies last). 5K Run/Walk participants in attendance on November 7 will receive a gorgeous finisher medal (while supplies last)! Virtual participants: If supply allows, finisher medals may be available for pick up by special request after the race.
