Come celebrate the holiday season with us on December 8th for the third-annual Holiday Hustle 5K, presented by Fleet Feet Northern NJ and Asics! Enjoy a flat and fast, USATF Certified 5-kilometer course that takes you through Overpeck Park in Ridgefield Park, NJ.

Whether its your first ever 5k or your first in a long time, Fleet Feet Northern New Jersey has a training program made for all levels that will get you to the finish line.
Get ready for a fantastic 5K run at the beautiful Overpeck Park! This course is perfect for runners, walkers, and everyone in between. Youll enjoy picturesque views, and the wildlife surrounding you as you run, walk, or even boogie your way to the finish line.
Join us for a 8 week training program beginning October 13th, 2025. This program offers a balance of run/walk workouts, cross training and rest days to gradually increase your fitness. Plus, your coaches and fellow training group members will provide the guidance and motivation you need to stay on track and have fun along the way.
-2 in-person runs per week.
-USATF & RRCA certified coaches, helping you each step of the way.
-A weekly schedule on Final Surge, with a mixture of runs, cross training, rest days and strength days.
