Race day registration starts at 3:00 PM, but pre-registration is encouraged to ensure you receive your guaranteed race t-shirt if you sign up by August 25th. We are looking forward to the 2025 Hoodlebug 5K Run & Fun Walk to be held Sunday, September 7, 2025. This is a race that has been held for years as part of the Homer City Business Association's Annual Fall Festival. The race starts at 4:30 PM on the bridge on Main Street near Floodway Park, but plan to come early to enjoy the Festival activities.
The Hoodlebug 5K is an out and back race held mostly on the nearby Hoodlebug Trail. Runners and walkers are welcome. Family priciong is available this year, so bring the whole family.
Awards are available to the top three males and females, and to the top three males and females on five-year age groups starting at ages 12 and under through 70+ No separate walker awards.
Race day registration opens at 3:00 PM at Floodway Park on the west end of Homer City, PA. Pre-registration is encouraged.
Race t-shirts are guaranteed to those who register by August 25th. Shirts available after that date and on race day as supplies last.
Professional timing services provided by David Mapes Timing Service of Somerset, PA.
