Get ready to celebrate the 4th of July with a vibrant community event at the 41st Annual Independence Day Classic in Newhall, Los Angeles! On Friday, July 4, 2025, join the Santa Clarita Runners for a fun-filled day of racing and festivities. This year’s event features a range of exciting race options, including a Kid's K and a 1 Mile Masters Walk, both starting and finishing adjacent to Newhall Park at the corner of Newhall Ave and Dalbey Dr.

Please note that the popular 5K race is already sold out, but there’s still time to register online for the Kid's K and Masters Walk until July 2nd. Don’t forget to pick up your race packet at the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita/Newhall Park on July 3rd from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM or on race day, July 4th, from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
