Join us for the vibrant Juneteenth on the Shore 5K in Salisbury, Wicomico, on Friday, June 19, 2026! This exciting community event celebrates freedom and unity, inviting participants of all ages and fitness levels to honor this significant day through movement. The race kicks off at 10:00 AM, following check-in and registration starting at 9:00 AM, at the Salisbury City Park Bandstand located at the intersection of Snow Hill Road and South Park Drive.
Whether you choose to walk or run, you'll enjoy a professionally timed 5K course that encourages participants to move at their own pace. Young runners aged 24 and under can register for free until June 15 at howwebuild.org and have a chance to win one of two $500 prizes! All registered participants aged 11 and above will receive a race bib, an official event t-shirt, and a delicious post-run lunch. Plus, every finisher will be awarded a commemorative medal, making this event a memorable celebration of community, history, and achievement.
