As you progress through the month, you can track your achievements, see where you stand on the leaderboard, and connect with fellow participants in the vibrant Facebook group. Every challenger will receive a stunning medal and five removable charms to commemorate your accomplishment, with medals shipping out about a week before the challenge begins. So lace up your shoes, gather your friends, and join the K-POP Challenge for a month filled with fun, fitness, and fabulous rewards!

After you've spent some time on the couch! couch! couch! it's time to get moving again. Let the K-POP Challenge inspire you! From March 1st 2026 to March 31st 2026, run, walk, bike, or skate your way to 50 miles and complete the K-POP Challenge.
K-POP Challenge Participants will receive:
The huge Challenge medal (scroll down for picture) and all 5 removable charms you see pictured with the medal.
Tracking
You will be able to see your progress tracking bar as well as milestones achieved along the way. You will also be able to follow others that are currently active in the Challenge.
Challenge duration:
You can start/join the Challenge any time after 12:01am Eastern time March 1st 2026. Run, walk, bike, or skate to complete your miles at your own pace throughout the month. The Challenge ends at 11:59pm Eastern time March 31st 2026.
Leaderboard Status
You will be able to log your distance, time for each run or walk. This will track who is in the lead.
Course Information: It's virtual, so wherever you choose to run or walk!
