Join us for the Kaizen + Team Hoyt Annual 5K, 8K & 10K and experience a race where endurance sports are truly for every body.

Whether youre running your first race, chasing a personal best, pushing an adaptive athlete, riding alongside a participant, volunteering, or cheering from the sidelines, youll be part of an inclusive community event dedicated to breaking barriers through movement.

This years event proudly serves as a fundraiser benefiting Kaizen Adaptive Training and Team Hoyt Virginia Beach. Every registration, donation, and sponsorship helps provide adaptive fitness, training opportunities, race experiences, specialized equipment, and community programs for individuals with disabilities.

Together, were creating opportunities for adaptive athletes to train, compete, and experience the life-changing impact of fitness, inclusion, and community.
