Organiser's Description
Welcome Runners and Walkers ! Come out Sunday May 25, 2024 at 8 am for a fun 5k that will raise money for Brain Cancer Research. Brain Cancer is one of the most difficult cancers to treat and the survival rates are quite low.
This race is being organized by Matías Dahl, a senior at Onalaska High School. His grandmother died from brain cancer and was treated at Gundersen in the 1980s. This race will donate all proceeds to Gundersen Medical Foundation to continue to fund brain cancer research.
May is brain (gray matter is part of brain and gray is associated with brain cancer awareness) cancer awareness month! So lets have fun, raise $, and run a little!

We will give out some age group prizes! This will be determined later after we know how many people are expected.
To get a T-shirt please register by May 12th (so we can get shirts ordered in time)!
