CALLING ALL RUNNERS AND WALKERS!
Please join us for a fun morning of Christmas celebrations featuring Kingdom of Hopes Christmas 5k Fun Run and Kingdom Kids Dash on December 14, 2024.
The race will be held at Kingdom of Hope, 7570 15th Street Road, Concord, Alabama 35023 (Hueytown area). The 5k event starts at 8:00 AM with a cut-off time of 9:20 AM. The Kingdom Kids Dash (ages 4-11) begins at 9:30 AM. All dashing kids (ages 4-11) will receive a t-shirt and a finisher medal. Parents and/or Guardians dash for free with a child registrant.
Show your Christmas spirit by wearing your most festive holiday gear and jingle, jangle, joggle as we dash away, dash away, dash away all!
Registration includes a t-shirt, a swag bag and on-course refreshments. Our DJ, M.C. Fossil, will be there live and in person spinning some awesome tunes to run by!
Best of all your registration will be supporting a great cause! Registration fees and donations will provide financial support for our local community and neighbors by assisting those in need with the expenses of Christmas. This is a wonderful feel-good opportunity! Come join us for some fun while lending a helping hand to a neighbor in need!

KIDS DASH ENTRY FEE IS $10.00 THROUGH DECEMBER 13, 2024
DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION FEES (CASH ONLY):
ENTRY FEE 5K $40.00
ENTRY FEE KIDS DASH $15.00
TO BE GUARANTEED A T-SHIRT YOU MUST REGISTER NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 22, 2024
The course is a flat and fast out and back loop on a small, picturesque community road and will be closed and monitored by law enforcement. A big thank you to our awesome Jefferson County Sheriff's Department who work hard to keep our community and citizens safe!
THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. NO REFUNDS. All race entries are non-transferable and non-refundable. The event will occur rain or shine, hot or cold. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, there will be no refunds. Entry fees will be considered a donation to Kingdom of Hope for aiding local families in need.
Awards will be presented immediately following the Kingdom Kids Dash. PRIZES WILL BE PRESENTED TO THE OVERALL TOP MALE FINISHER AND THE OVERALL TOP FEMALE FINISHER. 1ST, 2ND, AND 3RD PLACE FINISHER MEDALS WILL BE AWARDED IN MALE AND FEMALE CATEGORIES FOR AGE GROUPS: 12-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 AND ABOVE. Overall and age group awards will not be duplicated.
