Get ready for an exciting day of fun and fitness at the Kingsbury Club Summer Youth Triathlon on Sunday, August 23rd, 2026! This vibrant event is set to kick off at 8:30 a.m. and welcomes young athletes aged 5-18 to embrace the spirit of competition in a supportive and energetic environment. Participants will swim in the Club's outdoor pool, cycle along a scenic gravel rail trail, and finish with a spirited run around the Club's facilities.
The race features various distances tailored to different age groups, ensuring everyone can join in on the action. Kids aged 5-8 will swim 50 yards, bike 1.5 miles, and run 0.5 miles; those aged 9-11 will swim 100 yards, bike 1.5 miles, and run 1 mile; ages 12-14 will tackle a swim of 150 yards, a bike ride of 1.5 miles, and a 1-mile run; and older teens aged 15-18 will swim 200 yards, bike 1.5 miles, and complete a 1.5-mile run. Don't worry if your child is interested in racing but unsure about completing the distance alone—

Join us this summer for our fourth annual kids triathlon!
The race starts at 8:30 a.m., and athletes will swim in our outdoor pool, ride their bikes along a gravel rail trail, and finish by running along a gravel road around the Club facility. Event will be rain or shine! We welcome kids ages 5-18 to participate - the age group breakdown is:
* Ages 5-8 - swim 50 yards, bike 1.5 miles, run .50 mile
* Ages 9-11 - swim 100 yards, bike 1.5 miles, run 1 mile
* Ages 12-14 - swim 150 yards, bike 1.5 miles, run 1 mile
* Ages 15-18 - swim 200 yards, bike 1.5 miles, run 1.5 miles
Please note per USA Triathlon rules kids will race as of their age on December 31st, e.g., if your child is 8 on August 23rd, but will turn 9 in October, he/she would be registered in the 9-12 age group. All registrants will receive a complimentary race swim cap and finishers' medal.
