Organiser's Description
This new event hosted by KRC encourages young runners to log miles toward a half marathon distance of 13.1 miles. Each participant may enter miles they run or walk beginning April 5, 2025, ending with the final mile around Ward Lake on Saturday July 19, 2025 before the KRC Trail 1/2 Marathon.
The KRC Kid's Trail 1/2 Marathon is open to children 14 years and younger. All participants are required to register for the virtual event, and participants do not have to log any miles prior to the final mile event. All participants will receive a finisher's prize and there will be an additional give away for those who attend the final event and have logged 12 or more miles by July 18, 2025.
