_SPARTA TOWNSHIP'S _TRADITION BEFORE THE TRADITION

Join us November 27th to celebrate the 19th Annual running of the Kroghs Turkey Trot. When you participate in Kroghs Turkey Trot, you support innovative educational grants made by the Sparta Education Foundation, whose mission is to promote educational excellence in Sparta Townships public schools.

The event is a 5K Run/Walk and a 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk. Awards will be given to male and female finishers by age group (see below) including youth age group medals. All participants receive a goody bag and t-shirt, while supplies last.

NEW THIS YEAR!!! AWARDS FOR TOP THREE (3) MALE AND FEMALE FINISHERS OVERALL FOLLOWED BY THE TOP THREE (3) M/F IN THE FOLLOWING AGE CATEGORIES: 5 AND UNDER, 6-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, AND SO ON UNTIL 80+

The course is an out and back USATF certified course starting and ending at Kroghs Restaurant & Brew Pub, 23 White Deer Plaza, Sparta, NJ 07871. Competitive runners should position themselves as close to the start/finish (common) line as possible as awards will be provided based on GUN or CLOCK time (finishes) _NOT_ CHIP time.

The Kroghs Turkey Trot is a charity event for the Sparta Education Foundation and will be live & virtual. Your support of the Krogh's Turkey Trot helps to fuel our mission. There will be no refunds if this event is canceled due to reasons beyond our control.
