Every Monday night, starting at 6:30 PM, young runners can take part in the 1-mile run, while the 5K race kicks off at 6:45 PM. Participants can compete for medals as the top three overall finishers and age group winners in the 5K, with ribbons awarded to all kids run participants. The series spans five exciting evenings—July 7, 14, 21, 28, and August 4—making it a perfect summer activity for the whole family. 6:35 PM - 5k Racewalk, $10 (2 Mile on 8/4) 6:45 PM - 5K Run, $10.00 (2 Mile on 8/4)
PARKING: Please enter via South Lake Road and park behind St. Michaels Church, located at 800 Ocean Ave, Long Branch, NJ.

The final week of our Lake Take Series will be a 2 mile run (or racewalk) for all ages. We will also present series awards after the conclusion of the race tonight.
