Organiser's Description

This race is set up as a last man standing backyard ultra. To compete, you must complete the course's 4 mile loop every hour on the hour.

There will be a rucking division this year as well! The same rules apply to each rucker, who will have an hour to complete a 2.4 mile loop.

This race began as a vision within the free men's workout group called F3. F3's mission is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. Withing F3 there are things called CSAUP events, (Crazy, Stupid and Utterly Pointless). The Last H.I.M Standing was created out of this. To be a HIM, is to be a "High Impact Man" within the community, organization, and household. To be the last one standing is a testament to your mental attributes, physical capabilities, and belief in yourself.

Rules:
- Beginning at 0600 and every hour on the hour thereafter, athletes must depart from the start line onto the course
- All athletes are allotted 60 minutes to complete the 4-mile course
