Benefiting Youth Eating Disorder Prevention and Recovery Programs

USATF Certified Courses. Gun AND Chip Timing used.Every participant gets a shirt and swag bag! Awards for top finishers and age group medals! Click here for award information.Food fun at the finish with DJ Ray Mills, official DJ of the Minnesota Vikings!The Live Brave 1 Mile is part of the USATF Team Circuit. USATF Members get $5 off at registration (must enter membership number).

Community Kids Wave*: Walk or run, Kids race 10:50 am start *Kids 12 under run free in the 1 mile event.

Thursday, August 10 from 4-7 pmFriday, August 11th from 4-7 pmRace day packet pickup will be near the Colby Lake Park Pavilion starting at 7:15 am. We encourage you to pick up your packet before race day.

Our goal for our Live Brave Events is awesome community involvement that raises awareness for eating disorders and drives support for prevention and treatment programs. We care about our community and understand the benefits that exercise has on not only our physical health but our mental health as well. Race donations will go directly to the newly-formed Live Brave Fund, a part of the Woodbury Community Foundation, and be dispersed to local non-profit organizations that advocate for eating disorders and the mental health of our youth population (including www.withall.org).
