LivFree is happy to announce a new partnership and title sponsor in New England Brewing Company, as well as a new location for our annual fall 5k, picturesque (and flat) Seaside Park, in Bridgeport, CT.
So, without further adieu - we are proud to introduce the LIVFREE SEASIDE SEA HAG 5K on _Sunday October 12th at 9am. _Proceeds from the event will go to LivFree, who provides hope and joy to kids and families in the childhood cancer community. The event features a 5k course that runs through roads and pathways of Seaside Park along the coast of the Long Island Sound. Runners and walkers are welcome of all abilities (leashed and controlled dogs, as well as strollers are welcome too).
This year we are still throwing our Post-Race Party at finish line. Registered runners who are 21 years of age or older will be issued two drink tickets at packet pickup to be redeemed at the beer tents for 2 drinks. Food vendors will be available too, as well as music and fun.
There are 2 Different Events, each with 3 Registration Options available:
For the 5k Timed Race
* Adult 5k Registration
* Age on race day - 21 years of age or older
* $35 early bird registration ($40 from July 1-August 31st, $45 from September 1-race day)
* Youth/ Young Adult 5k Registration
* Age on race day - 21 year of age or younger
* $30 early bird registration ($35 frin July 1-August 31st, $40 from September 1-race day)
* All Ages 5k Fundraising Registrant
* All ages can register
* NO REGISTRATION FEE, but you will make a commitment to raise a minimum of $50 by race day (October 12th)
* Note - credit card information will be taken at checkout and your credit card will be charged on Monday, October 15th for the funds that are short of the fundraising minimum ($50).
For the 1 Mile Health Walk
