Participants can choose from five different heats based on their running pace, ranging from a brisk 5:45 minute pace to a more leisurely 11-minute pace and up.
Join fellow runners for four thrilling laps around the track, with registration open from 5:45 to 7:00 PM. The race fee is a budget-friendly $13 online or $15 on race day. Not only will top finishers in all age groups receive ribbons, but there’s also a chance to snag a $100 prize for any male runner who completes the mile in under 4 minutes or any female runner who finishes in under 4 minutes and 40 seconds. COURSE DETAILS: Four times around the Phoenix High School Track
RACE FEES: $13 online or $15 DAY OF
RACE DAY INFO: Registration 5:45-7pm
AWARDS: Ribbons for the top 3 places in all age groups. $100 prize for any male who runs sub 4:00 minutes and any female who runs sub 4:40 minutes.
RESTRICTIONS: Absolutely no roller skaters, bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, dogs, headphones, or unregistered participants
