* 7:35pm- Heat 3 7-9min Pace
* 7:50pm- Heat 4 9-11min Pace
* 8:05pm- Heat 5 11min Pace & Up
COURSE DETAILS: Four times around the Phoenix High School Track
RACE FEES: $13 online or $15 DAY OF
RACE DAY INFO: Registration 6-7pm
AWARDS: Ribbons for the top 3 places in all age groups. $100 prize for any male who runs sub 4:00 minutes and any female who runs sub 4:40 minutes.
RESTRICTIONS: Absolutely no roller skaters, bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, dogs, headphones, or unregistered participants
