Fun run! Was confused about the actual course but once I looked at it on Strava it made sense. Mulberry trees were ripe so was able to get some natural energy on every lap. Had to do the loop six times but it was mostly shaded and looking off into the forest or at the river kept a persons mind occupied with different views. I’d do it again.
