Join us for the exciting LVRR May Summer Series 5K on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, in Allentown, Lehigh! This free and fun race series kicks off a thrilling summer of running, featuring five races held on the first Wednesday of each month from May through September. Runners of all levels are welcome—no membership to the LVRR club is needed to participate. The accurately measured, mostly flat cinder trail in Lehigh Parkway provides the perfect setting for a relaxed race atmosphere.
Race day check-in begins at 5:30 PM, with the race set to start at 6:30 PM (6:00 PM in September). Participants aged 10 and older are encouraged to join in the excitement, with a time limit of 60 minutes to complete the course. After the race, enjoy complimentary hotdogs, water, and chips provided by the club. Lace up your running shoes and get ready for a summer filled with camaraderie, fitness, and fun at the LVRR May Summer Series 5K!

This is a free 5k race series which includes 5 races held on the first Wednesday of each month from May through September.
You do not need to be an LVRR club member to participate in this series. Sign up online and come out to Lehigh Parkway for this relaxed, no-frills race.
The course is accurately measured, mostly flat, cinder trail in the Parkway. DUE TO SCHEDULED REPAIRS TO BOGARTS BRIDGE, THE COURSE WILL BE MODIFIED IN 2025 MAP [https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/2/edit?mid=1j8jEOhMg3ZF63fc2oXal7-rSfcrf4kA&usp=sharing]
