This exciting event is part of a free five-race series held on the first Wednesday of each month from May through September. The 5K course features a mostly flat, accurately measured cinder trail in the beautiful Lehigh Parkway, perfect for runners of all levels.
Participants aged 10 and up are welcome to join in the fun, with check-in starting at 5:30 PM and the race kicking off at 6:30 PM (6:00 PM for September). Enjoy a relaxed, no-frills atmosphere as you race against the clock, with a generous time limit of 60 minutes. While the traditional potluck dinner has been replaced with complimentary hotdogs, water, and chips, the spirit of community and camaraderie remains strong. You do not need to be an LVRR club member to participate in this series. Sign up online and come out to Lehigh Parkway for this relaxed, no-frills race.

RACE DAY CHECK-IN: Begins at 5:30 PM - All runners must check in.
AGE: Racers must be 10 years of age.
TIME LIMIT: 60 minutes (19:35 minute/mile)
START TIME: Begins at 6:30 PM with the exception of September which begins at 6:00 PM
WE WILL NO LONGER HOST THE POTLUCK DINNER THE CLUB WILL PROVIDE HOTDOGS, WATER AND CHIPS. PLEASE DO NOT BRING FOOD TO SHARE.
