Sigma 10 Week Activity wellness challenge.
As we continue to age, being fit has a multitude of benefits. Living a healthier life increases daily happiness, productivity, concentration, sexual performance and decreases the likelihood of illness.
We have put together a 10-week challenge that will start on Sunday, March 22nd and ending on Saturday, May 30th, 2026. The goal is to go from forming a habit, to making your complete active lifestyle.
Each week all participants that log and complete at least 150 minutes of activity will be entered into a drawing for a gift card.
The goal is for us to be active for 150 minutes per week. This can be achieved by working out in a gym or home (your choosing of the type), outdoors activities, household chores, yard work, videos, in-person/virtual training, etc your choice.
The fee is $30 and sign-up ends on Sunday, March 29th. Early Crescent signup will be honored through February 28th with a fee of $19.14.
