The Roaming Bean, Kona Ice, Appalachian Running Co, YogaSix, and the Park Rangers will be there to kick off the fun!

Warm up with Yoga Six at 8:45 before the race
Kids Dash at 9am
5k/1 mile starts after the kiddos run!
