The 8th Annual McKinney Shamrock Run 5K kicks off at Towne Lake Park at 9:00 am! Put on your GREEN and race to the finish line where youll receive your lucky finishers medal and a complimentary Green Beer!
Early bird registration for the Shamrock Run 5k is $30 and includes entry into the chip timed racecourse, Shamrock Run 5K t-shirt, custom Shamrock Run bib, and an awesome finishers medal! A portion of event proceeds supports The Warriors Keep! Pricing will increase to $35 on February 3rd!
The family friendly festivities include local vendors, delicious food, GREEN TUPPS BEER, a Shamrock Photo booth, Irish music, and Irish dancing! The event is so fun, and family friendly! CASH prizes will be awarded to the Top Overall Males and Females during our awards ceremony presented by Prestige Community Credit Union! First Place ($100), Second Place ($50) and Third Place ($25) AND the First Place Stroller Strider ($25). PLUS awards for the top male and female finisher in the following age groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & over! The Awards Ceremony will take place at 9:45am!
