Welcome to the MCMBA Fundamental and Intermediate Skills Clinics!

Our clinics are designed to be inclusive and are open to all genders. Whether you're a beginner seeking confidence on the trails or an intermediate rider aiming to refine your techniques, this clinic is tailored to empower and elevate your mountain biking journey. We will group riders together by skill level as well as we are able.

Over the course of our session, we'll delve into essential skills such as body positioning, braking techniques, navigating obstacles, and mastering cornering. Led by certified instructors, we prioritize a supportive and encouraging environment where you can push your limits, conquer challenges, and connect with fellow riders. Get ready to embrace the thrill of the trails, and unleash your full potential on two wheels!

The event is capped at 25 people, the above totals will change as we get more members or non-members signed up.

Do you want to smoothly ride trails, ride roots and rocks with consistency and make that steep climb that gets you every time? Do you blast through trails with speed but then have trouble when attempting things more slowly? Do you want to be safer and have more fun on your bike? These clinics are what you need to get your season off to a great start. Learn and practice the foundational and/or intermediate skills of mountain biking that will allow you to roll through your favorite trail with more ease. Improve balance and confidence on your bike to keep those wheels rolling, then progress to the next level under the supervision of Coaches Vikki Brown, Lisa Flores-Johnson, Melissa Colflesh, Jimmie Colflesh and Crystal Sapp.

Helmet and bike required. Flat pedals strongly recommended.

Clinic will have skills in the morning, a break for lunch and then session the trail. We will have water and snacks on site that you are welcome to. We look forward to seeing you there!
