Participants can choose their fitness level, with options ranging from beginner to elite, ensuring that everyone can join in the fun and push their limits.
Don’t forget to bring your own weighted ruck or vest, with a minimum weight of 15 lbs. and a maximum of 45 lbs., to enhance your workout experience. As a reward for your hard work and dedication, every participant will receive a free "throwback" event t-shirt upon completion.
