Organiser's Description
Memorial Middle School is located in Woodland Park, NJ. We are a local middle school housing grades 6, 7, and 8. In order to promote school contentedness, school spirit, and a positive environment, the school has a House System in which each student is sorted into upon arriving at Memorial School. The houses include:
* House of Fire - representing responsibility
* House of Earth - representing trustworthiness
* House of Water - representing caring
* House of Wind - representing respect
Students remain in their houses for the duration of their time at the school. Throughout the year we host house events where students compete in both athletic and academic challenges to earn points for their houses. At the end of the year, the winning house receives a special treat!
