The MHM5K is a community 5K run/walk held in Hiawatha, Iowa in memory of Jeff Vipond and others who have lost their lives to suicide. The event brings family, friends, runners, walkers, volunteers, and supporters together while promoting mental health awareness, hope, healing, and community support.
More than a race, the MHM5K is a meaningful day of remembrance, encouragement, and connection. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome to join in honoring the memories of loved ones lost, supporting survivors, and uniting behind a cause that continues to make a positive impact throughout the community.
Early bird registration ($40) is open through July 31, 2026. Standard pricing is $45 starting August 1. Register by September 1 to ensure you get this year's race shirt! This year's design is a long sleeved shirt.
Team and individual registration are available.
DAY-OF DETAILS
