It's never been a better time to find new ways to boost physical and emotional health. Joining the Heart Walk is a great way to socially connect and get moving - all while making a great impact in our community and saving lives.
When you register, you're helping:
heart suit Save more babies and kids who have congenital heart defects
heart suit Train thousands in life-saving CPR
heart suit Fund groundbreaking brain and heart research
heart suit Champion health equity for all
In addition to an officially timed 5k (8am), there is also a mile "Heart Walk" that starts at 930a. The Heart Walk is an untimed event.
If walkers are interested in obtaining an official time, they must register for the actaul 5k event and be issued a timing bib.
