Join us for the 7th Annual Midway Community Day 5K Run, Walk & Roll on Saturday, January 24, 2026, in Sanford, Seminole! This exciting event will take place from 6 AM to 12 PM at the Midway Elementary School of The Arts bus ramp and parking lot, inviting families, pets, and community members to participate in a vibrant celebration of fitness and camaraderie. Participants are encouraged to wear colorful squad shirts in Red, Green, Yellow, Purple, Blue, or Orange, showcasing community spirit while supporting the Midway Coalition, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing local educational programs and community services.
The day kicks off with registration at 6:30 AM, followed by the start of the 5K Run/Walk/Roll at 8:00 AM. The event features a 3.1-mile race with awards for the top 3 male and female finishers, and the first 200 registered participants will receive a special finisher medal and swag bag, with the option to purchase an event t-shirt. Don't miss the fun-filled atmosphere, including a motorcycle and bicycle convoy, and a celebratory awards ceremony at 10 AM. Packets can be picked up on January

6 SQUADS 1 COMMUNITY ... Seminole County parents, students, staff, residents and surrounding communities are encouraged to wear Red, Green, Yellow, Purple, Blue and Orange squad shirts or their favorite color during the 7th Annual Community Day 5K Run, Walk and Roll in Historic Midway/Canaan City.
This family-fun and pet-friendly event benefits the Midway Coalition a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization that supports community service initiatives and Midway Safe Harbor Center educational programs.

PACKET PICKUP: Race packets for the Midway Community Day 5K Run, Walk & Roll can be picked up early on Friday, January 23rd at Midway Safe Harbor Center (2405 Right Way Sanford, FL - 32771) from 11AM - 2PM.
UPDATE: In collaboration with the Seminole County Sheriff's Office and traffic safety partners, we have approved a new race map to improve your Walk, Run and Roll experience of Historic Midway-CanaanCity. You will receive a race map in your packet, and a digital version will also be available online.
