Join us for the exhilarating Miles for Mental Health 5K Run and Walk on Sunday, April 27, 2025, in the scenic Bala Cynwyd, Montgomery! This uplifting event aims to support vital therapy services for veterans, active military personnel, and their families, fostering hope and healing in our community. All proceeds will benefit Operation Home and Healing, a dedicated program providing counseling for service members and their loved ones, along with veteran initiatives supported by the Rotary Club of Ardmore.
Participants will enjoy a picturesque out-and-back course along the beautiful Cynwyd Heritage Trail, just over the Manayunk Bridge. Get ready for an exciting day filled with camaraderie, wellness, and friendly competition! The first 200 registrants by April 14th will receive an exclusive, limited edition tie-dye shirt designed by local artist Amberella. Prizes await the top three male, female, and nonbinary runners in various age categories, with gift cards up for grabs! Lace up your running shoes and make a difference while promoting mental health awareness and supporting our heroes. Donβt miss out on this fantastic opportunity to run for a cause!

Organiser's Description
Please come out and join us to support direct therapy services for veterans, active military, and their families and to create hope in the world. All proceeds will support Operation Home and Healing, a program of Council for Relationships [https://councilforrelationships.org/], providing counseling for active-duty service members, members of the National Guard and Reserves, and veterans of all eras (regardless of their characterization of discharge or combat status), and their spouses.
