ATHLETES WILL MOVE THROUGH A SERIES OF FUNCTIONAL FITNESS STATIONS COMBINING CARDIO, STRENGTH, AND GRIT. **MODIFIED VERSIONS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST ON DAY OF COMPETITION.
