Kick off the day with registration and packet pickup from 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM at the Schechter Community Center, followed by the race starting at 8:00 AM. Every participant will receive a custom event shirt, bib, and a finisher medal, along with access to a resource hub filled with mental health tools. After the race, enjoy a variety of wellness activities, food trucks, and exciting raffle prizes. Plus, there are awards for top finishers in various categories, making this not just a race, but a community celebration! MOVE WITH THE TO WRITE LOVE ON HER ARMS ON APRIL 18TH. WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR THE 5K FUNDRAISING EVENT IN MELBOURNE, FL, YOULL GET ACCESS TO A RESOURCE HUB FULL OF INTRODUCTORY TOOLS TO BUILD YOUR MENTAL HEALTH RESILIENCE AND WAYS YOU CAN TAKE ACTION FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH. EVERY PARTICIPANT WILL RECEIVE AN EVENT SHIRT, BIB, AND MEDAL. FOLLOWING THE RACE, EVERY PARTICIPANT CAN PARTICIPATE IN ON-SITE WELLNESS TRAINING AND TAKE-HOME SKILLS THAT REDUCE STRESS AND ANXIETY AND BUILD MENTAL HEALTH RESILIENCY.

Youll also have the opportunity to strengthen your mental health resiliency on race day by joining our on-site mental health wellness sessions as part of our 5K. When you join us as a fundraiser, your registration counts as your first donation! Raising $100 unlocks exclusive event swag and helps us continue to connect millions of people to mental health support each year. A T-shirt and finisher medal are guaranteed if you sign up before April 10th. Race day cost is $40.
