Kick off the weekend with an optional packet pickup on Friday, April 30, from 5 PM to 7 PM at Menominee Elementary School. On race day, festivities begin bright and early with registration from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM, featuring information booths, mascots, face painting, and more! The 5K race will kick off at 9:30 AM on Hazel Street and Melvin Street, followed by an exciting post-race celebration filled with music, food, and community spirit until noon. Don't miss this chance to honor those affected by mental illness while enjoying a day of fun with family and friends in beautiful Menominee Park!

The NAMI Oshkosh 5K is a community event that raises awareness about mental health and suicide prevention and benefits NAMI Oshkosh and its programs. All of their services are free. NAMI's mission is to support, educate, and advocate for all affected by mental illness.
This event provides a place to celebrate and honor those who are living with a mental illness and remember those with mental health conditions who have passed away. Participants may sign up individually or as part of a team.
