The day kicks off with registration from 7:30 to 9:00 AM at Oshkosh North High School, featuring information booths, fun activities like face painting and balloon art, and special appearances by mascots. The program begins at 9:00 AM with a guest speaker followed by inspiring music from Sundae & Mr. Goessl. The 5K race will start at 9:30 AM on Smith Avenue, and after crossing the finish line, participants can enjoy more live music, refreshments from Jimmy John's, and community camaraderie in the Oshkosh North Courtyard. Don’t miss this chance to celebrate mental health awareness and honor those affected by mental illness while enjoying a fantastic day out in Oshkosh!

Organiser's Description
The NAMI Oshkosh 5K is a community event that raises awareness about mental health and suicide prevention and benefits NAMI Oshkosh and its programs. All of their services are free. NAMI's mission is to support, educate, and advocate for all affected by mental illness.
This event provides a place to celebrate and honor those who are living with a mental illness and remember those with mental health conditions who have passed away. Participants may sign up individually or as part of a team.
As of April 29, we can not guarantee t-shirt sizes.

5-7PM - (Optional) packet pickup at Oshkosh North High School. Enter at Door 1.
