Join us on June 19th for the 1st Annual New HopeSolebury Twilight Track 5K, a fast and exciting evening of racing under the stadium lights at the New HopeSolebury High School Track. This unique event features a full 12.5lap 5K on the track, with multiple heats to ensure competitive and enjoyable racing for all levels.
All athletes please arrive by 7PM on race night to ensure we have you registered and you pick up your packet. Community division will begin at 7:30PM followed by 8:30PM elite divisions.
The night opens with the Open Division at 7:30 PM, welcoming community runners, alumni, families, and athletes of all abilities...open to runners meeting the time standard of 55min!
The energy builds toward the Elite Division at 8:30 PM. There will be seeded races for runner's meeting any of the elite thresholds of 22:30, 20:00, 18:00 and 16:30 qualifying standards. Additional seeded heats may be added depending on total entries. For instance, there can be more heats after 8:30 PM if we have the entrants. You will be updated via email for those updated heat sheets.
Head Coach, Megan Lysek-Hagy, and Assistant Coach, Lauren Trinsey, of New Hope-Solebury High School T&F will be putting on an electric night of racing and community! Come race fast, cheer loud, and be part of a new NHS tradition under the lights.
Awards will be presented to the Top 3 Overall and Top 3 Masters (40+) in each division. All proceeds support the New HopeSolebury Track & Field Program, helping fund equipment, training needs, and athlete development.
There will be concessions and race shirts for sale. Bathrooms are available.
