Get ready for an exciting evening of fitness and fun at the Night Flight 4 Mile Run and Kids Half Mile Dash on Saturday, July 27, 2024, held at the picturesque USI campus in Evansville, Vanderburgh! This vibrant event kicks off at 8:30 PM with a scenic 4-mile run, perfect for runners of all levels. Prior to that, the Kids Half Mile Dash, free for children aged 8 and under, starts at 8 PM, giving young athletes a chance to shine as they race three laps inside the Screaming Eagles Arena.
Participants can sign up online until 4 PM on race day, with in-person registration available starting at 6:30 PM. For just $25, you'll secure your spot in the 4-mile run, with the first 200 registrants receiving a special event shirt! The course will take you through the beautiful campus roads and the USI-Burdette Trail, providing a memorable backdrop for your evening run. Plus, there are awards for the top finishers, including trophies for the top three male and female runners, and medals for the top two in each age category. FREE 8 & UNDER HALF-MILE KIDS DASH STARTS AT 8PM.
SAT. JULY 27TH SCHEDULE:
4:00PM: Online Registration Closes, After that in person registration on USI campus only!
6:30-8 Registration and packet pick up at Screaming Eagles Complex
8 Kids Half Mile ( 3 laps inside the Screaming Eagles Arena)
8 4 Mile Run/Walk (Starts right in front of the Screaming Eagles Arena. )
9:30PM APPROX: Awards (Front steps of Screaming Eagles Complex)
All race activities, including the start and finish, will be on the USI campus.
USI is approximately two miles west of Evansville on Indiana Highway 62.
Only $25 registration
First 200 receive a shirt in the 4 mile.
After first 200 price reduced to $20.
$30 registration on July 29th. Online registration closes at 4pm.
